Professional and Technical Support for the CPGI portfolio

The multi-disciplinary professional and technical team support investment by undertaking a wide range of professional services and project management of the investment portfolio.  This primarily extends to delivering the revenue and capital plan(s) by leading on refurbishment, repurposing and new build whilst providing a range of professional services including but not limited to option appraisals, pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, insurance reinstatement valuation, due diligence, landlord and lender consents. 

Our UKAS accredited asbestos team provide a range of services in connection with our own portfolio and for the Glasgow City Council Family.

Professional consultancy services are provided to Glasgow City Council primarily in connection with the management of surplus assets prior to disposal and providing ad hoc advice and management to the Building Standards team for dangerous buildings.
