City Property Markets, a trading division of City Property (Glasgow) LLP, operate the largest wholesale fruit and fish markets in Scotland as well as manage a number of retail and farmers markets across the city.

The Wholesale Market at the Blochairn campus is owned by City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP and is a major distribution centre in Scotland for wholesale fresh fruit, vegetable and fish. Companies located throughout Scotland and the north of England, and as far as the Faroe Islands, currently use Blochairn market.  Approximately 1,000 vehicles deliver to the market on a daily basis from as far afield as Eastern Europe and beyond. 

City Property Markets also manages and operates a number of popular retail and farmers markets across the Glasgow as well as one of the largest Car Boot Sales in Scotland, regularly attracting 200 sellers and 5,000 visitors to the Blochairn campus each Sunday, this popular attraction leases in excess of 8,000 spaces each year.
