City Property (Glasgow) LLP was established in October 2009 to provide for the management, development and disposal of Glasgow City Council’s non-operational surplus land and property assets. The diverse property services provided to the Council Arm’s Length External Organisations (ALEOs) include: Valuation, Asbestos and Demolition services.
City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP owns one of the most significant commercial portfolios in the City, extending to around 1,800 commercial properties across a range of sectors including: industrial estates, retail units, office space and ground leases. All of the commercial properties are managed by the Investment team and external agents are used to support letting and other management functions.
City Property Markets is a trading division of City Property (Glasgow) LLP and operates Scotland’s major fresh produce wholesale market, one of Scotland's biggest car boot sales and a number of established retail and farmers markets across the city.
