About City Property Glasgow (Operations SL2) LLP

City Property Glasgow (Operations SL2) LLP (SL2) was incorporated on 28 March 2019 to enable the acquisition of three operational property assets from the Council through a loan agreement of £166m. The transaction settled in July 2019.

• Emirates Arena
• Scotstoun Leisure Centre
• Bellahouston Sports Centre

These assets are subject to a lease between SL2 and the Council with Glasgow Life, the sub tenant, being responsible for the management and operation of these buildings as well as the services provided to users and visitors. Any operational questions or enquiries regarding the day to day running of these facilities should be directed to Glasgow Life.
