City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP (CPGI) was established on 29th March 2010 and operates primarily as a commercial landlord, delivering the following:

• management of a diverse commercial property portfolio containing retail, industrial and office property as well as community lets
• management of the commercial element of the Council’s Common Good portfolio
• management of the wholesale markets at Blochairn

CPGI entered an additional funding deal with Legal & General (LGIM) in June 2019, which generated funds of £285M to enter a sale and leaseback arrangement with the Council for the following assets:

• City Halls
• Glasgow Museum Resource Centre
• SEC Armadillo
