City Property Glasgow (Operations SL1) LLP (SL1) and City Property Glasgow (Operations SL) LTD

City Property Glasgow (Operations SL1) LLP (SL1) was incorporated on 28 March 2019 to enable the acquisition of five operational property assets from the Council by generating funds of £195m through a private placement agreement, the transaction settled in October 2019. The transaction also required the setting up of a limited company City Property Glasgow (Operations SL) LTD (SL LTD). The assets are:

• Riverside Museum
• Tollcross Park Leisure Centre
• Royal Concert Hall
• Toryglen Football Centre
• Gorbals Leisure Centre

These assets are subject to a lease between SL1 and the Council with Glasgow Life, the sub tenant, being responsible for the management and operation of these buildings as well as the services provided to users and visitors. Any operational questions or enquiries regarding the day to day running of these facilities should be directed to Glasgow Life.
